Sara McCabe joined Eco Encore in September 2007 as the Operations Manager. She received her B.S. in Environment and Natural Resources from the University of Minnesota, worked at developing recycling programs for Eureka Recycling and provided plant and animal interpretation at the Como Zoo and Conservatory. When Sara is not hard at work, she is out supporting local music or using her reuse skills to find treasures at local consignment stores.
