Tools for Recipients

We are dedicated to providing your organization with a low maintenance, ecologically sound stream of revenue, but we need your help getting the word out and attracting used media donors.  Here are a few ways in which your organization can help us increase the income it receives from the Eco Encore system:

• Hold a book or CD drive as part of your annual meeting, holiday party or other event.  Simply announce the drive to your membership a few weeks prior to the event and place a donations box at the event.  Use your standard in-kind gift receipt (or download and edit this one) for donors who request a receipt. 
• Run a story about Eco Encore in your newsletter or send an email to your membership telling them about our program and how it benefits your work.  Simply edit one of these pre-written blurbs to fit your outreach!
• Print this flyer (double sided, of course) and make it available for visitors to your office.
• Put the Eco Encore logo on your website.  (smaller logo)
